How To Shop

Select a category from the list down the left side of the screen, or select a product from the drop-down list on the top right of the screen to display a list of products. Click on any product to view a detailed description and photograph.

Click the “Add to basket” button to add a product to your virtual shopping basket. The details and price of each product are shown in the Shopping Basket page. You can remove a product or adjust quantities at any time. When you've finished shopping, click the “View Basket” button.

The checkout process consists of three steps:

Step 1:
After you have chosen your purchases, click on the “View Basket” button. After a few moments, your order total will be displayed, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, where appropriate.

Step 2:
After reviewing your order total, click the “Checkout” button to connect to our secure payment server.

Step 3:
Enter your shipping details in the form provided (i.e. the address to which you want the products delivered). Click on “place order”.

Step 4:
Enter your credit card details. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro/Solo or Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Click the “Proceed” button. You will be presented with a confirmation screen where you will be given the option to proceed or to change your payment method. If you are happy with the information you have given, press “proceed”. You will receive an e-mail to confirm that your order has been received. We suggest that you print this page for your records.

A gift wrapping service is available at £5.00 per item

Standard Terms of Conditions

  • Our terms are full payment with order.
  • Credit card orders can be placed online using our secure server (SSL).
  • Designs, colours and sizes may vary slightly.
  • Products are generally dispatched on the same day if the order is received before midday.
  • Orders are dispatched by Parcelforce or similar. Mainland UK orders are usually delivered the day after they are dispatched. Other zones listed are usually delivered within 48 hours of dispatch.
  • Prices and offers apply only to this website and not to any other medium, and may be subject to change.

Refund Policy

How to return an Item

At Kerstin Florian GB, it is extremely important to us that our customers are completely happy with our service and our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange it within the first 30 days after purchase or refund the credit card used for the purchase. You can e-mail us at info@kerstinflorian.co.uk. We will always ask the reason for the return as our goal is to always improve our level of service. If you have an opinion to express, please e-mail us at info@kerstinflorian.co.uk. We welcome your comments!

When returning products:

  • Please enclose a short note detailing the reason for refund, date of purchase, purchaser's name and method of payment.
  • Wrap the item securely in its original packaging
  • Send the package to the address below:

We will notify you when we have processed your refund.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Delivery Charges, Gift-wrapping & Other Services

If you are returning the item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the postage and packing charges incurred in sending the item to you. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working days cooling-off period, we will also refund the normal postage charge for the delivery of that item but we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. You will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase, for example gift wrapping.

Your Statutory Rights

Here at Kerstin Florian GB we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us, however, occasionally you may want to return items hence our “no nonsense” guarantee.

By law you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. In order to return the item, please follow the same process as above adding Statutory Rights Returns Department to the address. Please note that the above policy with regards to delivery charges etc. also applies in this instance.
